Fairway is excited to announce the recent project award to provide Civil Engineering Services for the development of an 18.8-acre site for multi-family use. The site is within the incorporated City limits of Covington, Louisiana. Fairway’s scope includes the design of all site civil features including site grading, drainage, and water and wastewater utilities.
Additional services Fairway will provide include the performance of a hydrologic study of the site and preparation of a drainage impact analysis report, engineering services during construction, and oversight/management of project surveyor, geotechnical engineer, and traffic consultant.
