Fairway Consulting + Engineering is proud to commemorate its fifth year of operation, marked by exceptional growth, numerous accomplishments, and a commitment to excellence. As the company reaches this significant milestone, Fairway’s President John Catalanotto reflects on the remarkable journey and shares his excitement for the future.
“It’s important to slow down every now and then in our hectic lives to reflect upon Fairway’s growth and accomplishments in our first five (5) years of operation,” remarked Catalanotto. “Undoubtedly, the most rewarding accomplishment is the addition of team members, and to watch their personal and professional growth. We’ve grown from me being the only employee, to now having eight (8) team members. Our team members are our most important asset, and our success and growth as a firm is directly attributable to their hard work and dedication.”
Over the past five years, Fairway has experienced a transformative journey, evolving from its modest beginnings into a thriving and innovative firm. One of the most gratifying aspects of this journey has been the expansion of the team, a true testament to Fairway’s commitment to fostering talent and nurturing professional development.
“Other rewarding accomplishments include the evolution and addition of new clients, and project complexity,” Catalanotto continued. “We’re very appreciative of the opportunities given by all our clients, but the first few years included several one-off clients, and execution of projects with a relatively simple scope of services. Over the past year or two, we’ve been diversifying our clients and geographic footprint, as well as executing more complex projects.”
Fairway’s dedication to excellence is evident in its ever-expanding portfolio. From its early days conducting inspections on movie sets in south Louisiana, to providing site civil services for small plots of land, the company has continually pushed its boundaries. Recent achievements highlight the company’s capability to tackle intricate projects, such as designing site civil improvements for large properties exceeding 12 acres, enhancing water distribution and wastewater collection systems, and implementing innovative solutions for water wells, wastewater pump stations, oxidation ponds, mechanical wastewater treatment plants, and transportation features.
“I’m forever grateful for the support of my family, clients, and team members, and I’m excited and look forward to continuing our growth as a firm, including the diversification of clients and expansion of our geographic footprint,” President John Catalanotto concluded.
As Fairway embarks on its journey beyond the five-year mark, the company is poised to further elevate its services, broaden its reach, and embrace new opportunities. With a steadfast commitment to its clients, team members, and the pursuit of excellence, Fairway is well-equipped to shape a promising future in the engineering and project management industry.
