Project Description
Fairway Consulting and Engineering is the lead civil engineering for the development of an approximately 10-acre site for a single-family residential development within the jurisdiction of St. Tammany Parish. The development will include 35 lots and approximately 1,600 linear feet of roadway. Fairway was responsible for the design of the roadway, drainage ditches/pipes, detention ponds, and water/wastewater infrastructure for the development. Fairway is assisting the Client through the rezoning process, as well as subdivision approval process with St. Tammany Parish.
