Project Description
Fairway Consulting and Engineering is the lead civil engineering for the development of an approximately 400-acre site for a single-family residential development within the jurisdiction of St. Tammany Parish. The development will include 65 lots and approximately 17,500 linear feet of roadway. Lot sizes range from approximately 5 acres to 9 acres. Fairway is responsible for the design of the roadway, drainage ditches/pipes, and detention ponds. Utility service will be provided to the lots individual water wells and treatment plants. Fairway is also assisting the Client through the subdivision approval process with St. Tammany Parish.
