Project Description
Fairway Consulting and Engineering, LLC (Fairway) is the lead design firm responsible for preparing design drawings and technical specifications to replace aging water infrastructure within the approximately 70 acre single family residential development located in Mandeville, Louisiana. Fairway’s design included the replacement of all water mains, hydrants, valves, and services, as well as roadway rehabilitation for pavement removed during construction. In total, approximately 12,000 linear feet of water main and associated appurtenances were replaced. The project required close coordination with City public works staff and permitting through the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH).
