Project Description
Fairway Consulting and Engineering (Fairway) is the lead civil engineer for the development of an approximately 0.5 acre site for an 3,500 square foot two-story credit union. Fairway designed all civil features for the site inclusive of paving, drainage, and utilities. The drainage design required compliance with St. Tammany Parish stormwater regulations and reduced peak post development stormwater runoff by 10%.
