Fairway Consulting + Engineering, LLC is pleased to announce the award of a project that includes performing an Environmental Review of a utility replacement project in Terrell, Texas. The utilities to be replaced include 2,500 linear feet of water, sewer, and roadway #infrastructure valued at approximately $1,400,000. The project is funded through the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Loan Funds. The environmental review will be performed in accordance with TWDB standards and include a request for a Categorical Exclusion (CE) for the project.
