Fairway is excited to announce the recent project award to provide Civil Engineering Services for the development of a 13-acre site located within Covington, Louisiana. The development is owned by Renaissance Neighborhood Development Corporation (RNDC), a subsidiary of Volunteers of America, and will include eighty (80) single family dwellings. Fairway will be responsible for assessment of existing infrastructure, design of new infrastructure, site civil design including preparation of civil engineering deliverables required to obtain an amendment to an existing previously approved Planned Unit Development (PUD). We’re thankful for the opportunity to provide these services to RNDC.
